Changes before printing

You can change names, dates or wording as many times as needed before approving the proof.

Cancellation

• You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. After 2 hours, orders can't be cancelled.
• Once you approve the proof and printing has started, the order can't be cancelled, because every card is personalised.
• If you placed the same order twice by mistake, we cancel the duplicate and refund it in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your cards arrive damaged or with a printing mistake on our side, we reprint them free or refund the affected cards. See damaged or wrong items for how to report it.
